Lidia's restaurant in Kansas City, MO, serves northern Italian cuisine such as Montasio cheese patties with either potatoes and leeks or sausage and broccoli rabe. The Guignard Desserts Orbe restaurant in the the town of Orbe in Switzerland serves a three-course Sunday brunch with seared foie gras with grapes and lobster cannelloni with saffron sauce.
