Busy people can still find time to enjoy sophisticated meals and to entertain by using make-ahead meals. Recipes are given for no-fat mocha cake, French toast with orange syrup, triple cheese pizza, chicken in creamy Dijon-sherry sauce and crab-stuffed chicken breasts.
