Tuscan olive oils

Article Abstract:

Tuscany produces a top-quality olive oil that could be called super-Tuscan extra-virgin. Most of the best oil is consumed in Tuscany rather than exported to other parts of Italy. The release of each year's production is a cause for celebration in Tuscany.
