A place of honor: State partnerships, federal grants help America meet an everlasting responsibility

Article Abstract:

State graveyards all over the US collectively attempt to offer free or low-cost gravesites for all who once honorably served their country, and the Virginia's Veterans Benefits Administration provides a grave site, headstone or marker, presidential memorial certificate, US Flag and perpetual care of the site, and a burial and plot allowance for those veterans eligible by law. However, for the services provided by funeral directors and other related costs, the veteran's family must pay fees.

When something smells fishy

Article Abstract:

The Food and Drug Administration department has specialist seafood smellers who try to ensure that all seafood entering the US is safe for consumption. These sea-food smellers otherwise known as sensory specialists don't rely just on their keen sense of smell, as many a times they have to call on their experience and reject or accept a consignment just looking at the produce.
