The father of Microsoft founder Bill Gates, William Gates, Sr., gives his opinion about the tax reform proposal to repeal the estate tax. He believes that the motivation to be successful is not as great in people who enjoy a childhood that celebrates and spends wealth, and that charitable donations will decline if the estate tax is repealed.
