An uptown look in downtown Harford

Article Abstract:

The owner of the condominium situated in the Downtown Hartford nearby Connecticut having commanding views of the cityscape and the river is put on for sale in 2006 after 22 years of ownership. The condominium is on the 27th floor of the Bushnell Tower, designed by I.M. Pei in a way that merged two units into one which resulted in a open, sunny space with 11-foot ceilings, 10-tall widows facing north into the heart of Hartford, with two underground parking spaces and 24-hour-a-day lobby security.

When less is more

Article Abstract:

Discussed here are small luxury ships that are able to nudge into small ports that mega-ships can't access. Although huge ships are launched more, but selected number of cruisers are discovering the attraction of small-ship cruising which assures personal service, and a refreshing easy calm among the other benefits.
