Daylight nuisance time

Article Abstract:

The act of resetting clocks an hour twice a year in order to go in and out of Daylight Savings Time seems a bit silly to one woman, who enjoys getting up with the sun regardless of what time it is. Still she has gotten used to the ritual and appreciates how clearly it marks a new season.

New crop of rocks

Article Abstract:

February is when many of New Hampshire's roads are adversely effected by frost heaving, when the cold brings rocks up to the surface and causes potholes and cracks in the pavement. When the weather warms the roads settle again and become smooth.
