Eating with the seasons?: staying healthy by keeping in touch with nature's cycles

Article Abstract:

Dr.Elson Hass founder and director of the Preventive Medical Center in San Rafael, California states that eating fresh seasonal foods is not only delicious but it is a good way to connect with the rhythms of the natural world and is essential to good health. The effects of practicing this habit resulting into a good health are briefly discussed.
