Michael and Tony Miele run Cat's Pajamas, a bed & breakfast inn for cats only in the seven-year-old house on five acres in Maine. The business, which grossed $64,000 in 1995, and the home and land are on sale for an asking price of $287,000. The Mieles are moving for health reasons.
