Article Abstract:

The main aim of the American Legion Riders who stand out in a crowd because of their dress sense is to promote the cause of the innumerable legion programs and their races makes them stand out in the crowd of other veteran organizations. One of the founders of the Legion riders talks passionately about their aims as well as their achievements and also outlines the major programs that will be undertaken by their organization.

The American Legion are identified by the type of bike they ride and their unique dress code and their main purpose is to promote motorcycle safety measures and to form parades to keep the aim of the organization going. In 1953, the movie 'The wild one' bought recognition for the bikers as it was closely related to their life style and bought a new identity to them.
