Stone and Webster Engineering Co is suing 20 people who posted confidential information on a Yahoo message board. The suit is aimed at 10 anonymous former or current employees who are bound by confidentiality agreements and 10 other people who are knowledgeable of the confidentiality agreements that exist between Stone and Webster and the first 10 respondents. Stone and Webster claims that the information posted from 1998 to 1999 by the 20 defendants has caused the firm irreparable damage.
