Suki Kramer from Massachusetts in 1999 with the help of her husband, Paul started a business for making their own facial products, which cleanse and moisturize skin in a way that would not cause irritation and would allow for healthy-looking skin without damaging long-term effects. To help meet the growing demand, she and Paul employed staff of seven and have added an automatic labeling machine, an institutional size mixer, and moved the business out of their home to a 5,500-foot work place.
