Article Abstract:

Legislators continue to abuse their perks at the expense of the taxpaying public. This abuse occurs with the size of federal pensions, automatic pay raises, free postage, and junkets. The Citizen Congress Act introduced by Sen Bill Frist and Reps. Wayne Allard and Mark Sanford could end this abuse.

"They're stealing the election."(election fraud in Louisiana)

Article Abstract:

Evidence of voting fraud during the 1996 election for the US Senate has been mounting in Louisiana, where Democrat Mary Landrieu emerged as victor against Republican Louis Jenkins. The voting fraud appeared to be driven by invisible voters and support from the gambling industry.

Weird science at the EPA

Article Abstract:

Air pollution standards advocated by the EPA are not adequate to protect the public's health. The EPA is reportedly being influenced more by political developments than by science. Arguably, the agency's management practices are ill-suited, and violate government ethics rules.
