Tai chi a form of Chinese physical exercise appears to soothe the mind and develop the spirit as well, and many people in United States are enjoying its benefits. Practitioners of tai chi use rhythmic movements and deep breathing as they move through a seamless sequence of postures, or forms.

The mood altering concussion

Many researchers have described that the sports concussions may lead to mood disturbances such as depression and confusion. The results support the casual link between sports injury and subsequent emotional distress, and also highlight emotional changes resulting from brain injury.
