Morning becomes Allegra

Article Abstract:

Kent came to NYC at the age of 14 in 1951, to study dance. The great George Balanchine appreciated the ephemeral quality of Kent's dancing. The choreographer soon saw her potential and helped to build her career. He cast her in roles, such as Anna in 'The Seven Deadly Sins' to showcase her talents.

Advertising from the toy industry pays for most children's television programs. The ethical and psychological implications of advertising to children are discussed along with recent Federal Communications Commission changes.
