Padlocking the promised land: Israel runs out of room for Ethiopia's Christianized Jews
Article Abstract:
The Israeli government is trying to restrict immigration of Christianized Ethiopian Jews known as the Falash Mura. They are entitled to immigrate into Israel under the Law of Return. The discrimination against them is due to their high illiteracy rates and their low academic and work skills.
