Red wine is enjoying a popular revival in the US following years of the white wine fashion trend. Part one of a three-part series evaluates the best of 96-tasted Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Some of the finest included Heitz Cellars Martha's Vineyard 1987 and Sterling Vineyards Sterling Reserve 1988.
