Article Abstract:

Women with weight problems can turn to strength training to trim and firm up parts of their body. Strength training has been proven to increase vitality and strength, improve mood and sleep and result in better balance and flexibility, among other health benefits. A strength-training program that includes six simple exercises is presented.
