A large percentage of young athletes are suffering from overuse injuries. Constant practice utilizing repetitive movements, such as throwing, can cause serious wear and tear to tendons and ligaments. Immediate medical attention is recommended to prevent serious damage.

Another reason to limit Trans fats

The results of a study conducted on the effects of the increasing intake of Trans fats which are present in shortened and processed food are mentioned. People who take about 4.5 grams or more of trans fat daily are at a high risk of gallstones.
