The house from hell: Herb Ross and Lee Radziwill thought they'd bought a peaceable kingdom in the Hamptons; then came the horror next door

Article Abstract:

Ross and Radziwell are suing Lawrence whose $10 million home includes a 29-foot concrete wall that blocks their western view. They have lost the first round because the zoning board has agreed that the wall is functional and not simply a fence defying the town's 10-foot height limit.
