The new office rivals: how moms and non-moms can make peace

Workplace tension often arises when working mothers ask for unscheduled days off that causes resentment among her childless co-workers. To prevent the buildup of resentment among co-workers, working moms must make flexible hours official or inform the supervisor in advance when time off is needed.
