Thinking, not shrinking: I took my problem to a philosopher

Article Abstract:

An encounter with a philosophical counselor who uses philosophy in therapy sessions is described. The practitioner emphasizes the importance of thinking in solving emotional problems. For him, there are no strict answers and the solutions often lie in the worldview being adopted by the patient.

The incredible shrinking liberal media

A survey by the Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting of 450 journalists from Washington debunks traditional views that media people have leftist tendencies. Personalities including Bill Press and Cokie Roberts were shown to have more conservative views on economic issues.
