Western Minnesota's lake country

Article Abstract:

Lake country, MN, is a 5-county triangular region containing nearly 2,000 lakes. Each town is located near a lake, and it's history and culture reflects its location. Lakeshore retreats are plentiful, and some families have rented the same summer cottages for generations.
