Article Abstract:

All five senses can be sharpened using a number of techniques. Sight can be enhanced through the fine-print sprint and speed drills. Sensate focusing can heighten sensation and enhance one's sex life. A critical ear can be developed using some exercises, while sniffing fine-tunes the sense of smell.
