What ever happened to customer service?

Article Abstract:

Complaining is a good way for customers to get better service from retailers. Most consumers would rather not do so because they think it is just a waste of their time. Customers should not be rude if they expect to be treated well by store clerks. They can also shop somewhere else if bad customer service persists within a certain store.
