Europe's stand on American policies is discussed and the poll of Europeans conducted for the European Commission regarding which country poses threat to world peace showed that United States stood second. America was described as fascist country, while Europe is the breeding ground for totalitarian regimes.

The outrageous lawsuits that exploit the loopholes in American law and cost the businesses and taxpayers billions of dollars each year are mentioned. The manner in which the legal processes are misused just for monetary benefits and the provision for safeguards in the Laws of other countries are discussed.
