Article Abstract:

New Mexico has introduced new alcohol regulations as excessive alcohol consumption had caused roadway accidents and serious chronic diseases to New Mexicans. A new task force, called Liquor Control task Force, has also been created in 2006 to look at the regulations and make recommendations. Details of the policy's impact are discussed.
