On the dynamics of growth and fiscal policy with redistributive transfers

Article Abstract:

The government fiscal policy in a growing economy is studied in the case, in which the government provides three main categories of expenditures, public production services, public consumption services and a state-contingent redistributive transfer. In particular, the possibility of uniqueness and dynamic determinacy, the effect by the chosen allocative and redistributive policies are investigated.
