Distributional conflict and jurisdictional organization

Article Abstract:

The security of a unified jurisdiction does not consequentially depend on the priorities of the most affluent member region. This is the pattern that governs the internal establishment of jurisdictions when the political ramifications of a damaging conflict to obtain parts of the gross national product are taken into account. Furthermore, federalism is needed to counter the effects of distributional competition and conflict. This is so because under the hierarchical structure of federalism, less capital is infused in combination on allocation activities.

Corruption and the composition of government expenditure

Article Abstract:

A negative relationship exists between corruption and government expenditure on education. Utilization of indices of corruption and other institutional variables obtained from a private company called Political Risk Services, Inc revealed that corruption among politicians results to misrepresentation of government expenditure on education. The occurrence of corruption tends to be high in relation to education expenditure since the precise values of goods involve in education are difficult to monitor.
