The Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) aims to boost scientific research capacity in the state of Nebraska to be able to look beyong agriculture and give focus in academic research facilities. Deatils on EPSCoR's system, its vision, and upcoming plans on Nebraska's reasearch innovations are discussed.
