The great compromise of 2004

Article Abstract:

Views are expressed regarding the workers' compromise on 2004 Sb899 bill in California, which has drawbacks, like there is no rate regulation and many insurance-related reforms are missing. The injured workers are fighting to make sure that they get the medical treatment and other benefits they need, to remain independent and productive members of society.
