Bidding for hospitals: be ready when a buyer - or lessee - knocks

Article Abstract:

Effective planning for hospital managers should include being ready to deal with outside offers to buy, lease or contract manage its facility. Of these three; sale is the most final, leasing provides a little freedom and contract management has the least amount of irreversible consequences.
