Sharon, PA-based Infectech Inc. and Austin, TX-based Ambion Inc. have combined their technologies at the Veterans Administration Hospital in the Bronx, NY to locate resistance genes in Tuberculosis.

Cancer: Mayo Clinic/ Digital Gene Technologies: alliance seeks gene targets

Article Abstract:

La Jolla, CA-based Digital Gene Technologies Inc., a total gene expression company, reported that scientists at the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research will use DGT's patented TOGA gene expression profiling technology to study the role of the transcription factor ER81 in the formation of a variety of different tumors. Included in the study are tumors associated with breast and ovarian cancer as well as Ewing's sarcoma.
