Employee lifting practices often wrought with mistakes

Article Abstract:

Due to improper lifting practices, the employees are at a risk for back injuries. Some of the measures that should be taken to decrease the risk of back injuries from lifting are mentioned. Nee d for training for the workers in this regard is also suggested, though the worker can know it only in the actual environment.
