Integrated enterprise management: a look at the functions, the enterprise, and the environment - can you see the difference?

Article Abstract:

The APICS CIRM model of enterprise management has been found to the best in implementing integrated enterprise management as it enterprise members work together to build and improve customer and stakeholder value. The model takes into account human resource and management functions and formulates a system wherein enterprise goals are firmly anchored on the external environment thereby promoting a high level of competitiveness.

Trying to imagineer the future? ... Don't just "imagine" inventory integrity!

Article Abstract:

Inventory integrity refers to the accuracy of inventory. It is critical to any successful business because it is the basis for major business decisions. A 100% level of inventory integrity will require three major elements: preparation and organization; plan development and execution; and confirmation and recognition. The steps to achieving healthy inventory are discussed.
