The ABCs of effective communication

Article Abstract:

Business communication is significantly influenced by the purpose of the speaker and the type of environment under which he conveys the message. Generally, purpose is evaluated in terms of accuracy and precision of examples cited by a speaker and the extent of efficiency with which he accomplished the intended message. Another factor which greatly affects communication is the presence of premeditated or unexpected influences. Experts believe that the way of presenting one's insights, the tone and body language used to emphasize his ideas, reflects one's attitude and personality.

Activity presentations can be carried out efficiently and successfully by integrating several techniques used in informal discussion to formal situations.
