2 easy cakes - just mix and bake

Article Abstract:

Baking cakes is made easier when the butter is melted first then mixed with the other ingredients. Two recipes that use the technique recipes are a rich chocolate pudding cake and pineapple upside-down cake. Both recipes are easy to prepare.
