A Capitol idea: visitor center puts construction safety first

Article Abstract:

The construction project at the U.S. Capitol with huge activity of steel erections, demolitions, installations, temporary structures with around 200 to 300 workers working 60 feet deep underground, emphasizing the safety of the workers. Holding safety classes for the sub contractors is suggested.
