A case study of a 64-year-old man with a history of coronary artery disease and peripheral vascular disease is presented. He received a therapy that is directed against organisms recovered from blood cultures, the grafting tissue, or both.

A 70-year-old woman with end-stage renal disease and cutaneous ulcers

Article Abstract:

A 70-year-old woman with extensive skin ulcers on her legs was diagnosed with calcification of the small blood vessels in the skin. She had chronic type 2 diabetes and was receiving dialysis for kidney failure.

A case-study of an 80-year old woman, who had cutaneous basal-cell carcinomas and cysts of the jaws, is presented. She was suffering from the problem of recurrent ulcerated skin lesions on the scalp.
