Antibiotics and topical nasal steroid for treatment of acute Maxilliary Sinusitis: a randomized controlled trial

Article Abstract:

A study to examine the effectiveness of antibiotics and topical nasal steroids in treatment of acute sinusitis is presented. Results conclude that neither antibiotics nor nasal steroids nor a combination of the two was effective in the treatment of acute sinusitis in the primary care setting.

Treatment of acne vulgaris

Article Abstract:

The best evidence available for individualized treatment of acne is reviewed. Acne responses to treatment vary significantly and results are seen when treatments are individualized based on clinical presentation.
