Article Abstract:

Eight weightlifting routines that work the various muscles of the arms are described and illustrated. They are the bench dip, lying cross-chest triceps extension, overhear triceps extension, hammer curl, concentration curl, standing dumbbell preacher curl, reverse forearm curl, and wrist roller.

Walk, run, burn

Article Abstract:

Research shows that interval training, involving short intense physical workouts followed by periods of rest, burns more fat than constant more moderate workouts. The latter type of workout burns more calories, however. An exercise program using interval training is presented.
