Boning up on calcium: a high-calcium diet provides inner strength

Article Abstract:

Research has suggested that 1,000 to 1,500 milligrams per day may be a better level of calcium intake than the 800 currently recommended. A sample high-calcium diet is presented and food group recommendations are listed.

Research indicates that vitamin C has a positive influence on longevity, immunity, heart disease, cancer and AIDS. A diet that has 18 times the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C is presented.
