Breaking through a sticking point

Article Abstract:

A weight training routine has been designed to help bodybuilders overcome their sticking point and increase poundages. The technique involves a single forced repetition that is five pounds heavier than maximum poundage and increasing that one-repetition gradually in succeeding workouts.
