Fawcett employs a theory he created called the 'Predator' in his shooting instruction. It is that part of the brain occupied by a dormant beast with countless years of instinct and experience. Tapping into the 'Predator' increases athletic performance and self-confidence and reduces stress.

Can pain relievers hurt you?

The misuse of over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin and acetaminophen can have serious side effects. No one should exceed the recommended dosage. Several popular pain relievers and potential side effects are discussed.
