Buried services warning

Article Abstract:

Men working for HW Martin (Fencing Contractors) Ltd. were killed when one of the cables for which they were working exploded. HSE's investigation revealed that several elements of accepted safe practice for avoiding buried cables had not been carried out and HSE has warned the clients and contractors to use cable plans before digging near buried services.
