Case 14-2007: A 59-year-old man with fever and pain and swelling of both eyes and the right ear

Article Abstract:

The case study of a 59-year-old man with fever as well as pain and swelling of both eyes and the right ear is illustrated. The doctors have diagnosed the condition as relapsing polychondritis, with involvement of the eyes, the right ear, the nose and the aortic root, with vasculitis of the internal carotid arteries.

Case 2-2007: A 49-year-old woman with a pigmented lesion on the arm

Article Abstract:

The case of a 49-year-old woman seen in the outpatient surgical clinic of a hospital with a flat, pigmented lesion on her left upper arm is discussed. A description of the pathological diagnosis of malignant melanoma, invasive to 0.9 mm, with metastasis to one of two sentinel lymph nodes is also provided.

Case6-2004: a 48-year-old woman with multiple pigmented lesions and personal and family history of melanoma

Article Abstract:

A case study of a woman suffering from multiple pigmented lesions and hereditary melanoma is presented. This helps in understanding the role of genetic counseling and genetic testing in hereditary melanoma with deleterious CDKN2A mutation.
