Dash and burn

Article Abstract:

Running that results in weight loss must burn off more calories than a person takes in each day. If running must be limited to 20 to 30 minutes, running faster will increase the amount of calories burned. Incorporating sprinting into a jog and doing a long, slow run are also recommended.
