Dishing the dirt

Article Abstract:

Employers are often embarrassed about giving training in personal hygiene but they should not assume that their workforce is knowledgeable about how contamination occurs. With more regulations now in existence in the UK covering employers' responsibilities, management needs to take the training initiative. Some available resources are described.
