Does this woman have osteoporosis?

Article Abstract:

A study conducted to review the accuracy and precision of physical examination findings for the diagnosis of osteopenia, osteoporosis or spinal fracture is presented. It is stated that several convenient examination maneuvers, like low weight can change the pretest probability of osteroporosis in patients who do not meet current bone mineral density screening recommendations and suggest the need for earlier screening.
