Energy foods

Article Abstract:

Energy foods form an important part of a bodybuilder's dietary requirements. Bodybuilders, therefore, must eat a combination of simple and complex carbohydrates at the right times to get the energy that they need. High-, medium- and low-glycemic foods, along with high-fiber and mixed-nutrient foods, provide sustained energy.
